At RubyV Lingerie, we're all about looking after you.  Being fair is important to us and we've found that when we treat you right, you'll be fair with us. So before returning your items there are a couple things we ask you to consider.

  • For health & hygiene reasons we can't take back or swap used product.
  • And be sure to treat your lingerie right when washing it.  Follow the care instructions - carefully - because we're unable to cover damage to items after washing.
  • If you need to send something back, there may be a flat-rate postage fee (make sure you give us your tracking number). 
  • And finally, if it's a faulty item, we've got you covered - no extra charge for a replacement and delivery.

How to return?

RubyV Lingerie Return Policy has a validation period of 30 days from date of delivery, so get your request in before the 30 days is up.

How will you be refunded?

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.  This means if you paid with Visa, we'll refund to the same Visa card.  Your bank may take up to 3-7 days to pass the refund along.
